Portuguese Sweet Bread

Per Uncle Norman's request, I attempted homemade Portuguese Sweet Bread.  It was a long process that included a sponge which needed to rise for 90 minutes, then the dough making process, then the first rise of two hours, then the shaping into loaves, then the final rise of three hours and baking of 30 minutes.

Here's the dough as it began it's first rise.

And the final product.

The texture of this bread was amazing and I didn't even use any dough enhancer of vital wheat gluten.  This recipe is a keeper, and if anyone wants it, let me know!
